Help me with my hack

So i have been replaying POkemon COllisum and i thaught of this alot recently and i need A LOT of help to do it?
Story:
The Story is Like most pokemon games you go around to each gym( but in this hack thell be collsium's) and you will need to stop the shado pokemon
So yea here is what i need
1) mapper( 1 or 2)
2) SCRIPTER ( 2 advanced scripters and then one person to handle the basics)
3) Spriter- very important
4) Anything else i forgot

there are 21 free spots but i have 5 pokemon i think will be shadow pokes the rest the team will decide on.
1) lotad
2) Spinda
3) Chinchou
4) Altira
5) Kirlia
